The carbon-infused wax lasts significantly longer and offers noticeably enhanced speed and glide. Carbon wax is more porous and penetrates deeper into the base, providing superior performance on icy pistes, wet snow and high-speed runs. If you want the most durable and high-performance wax finish—choose carbon.

NEW: “Ready To Ride” Snowboard Service

Got a brand-new snowboard? Don’t rely on the factory wax — it’s thin, basic, and designed for storage, not riding. Our Ready To Ride Service prepares your new board for optimum performance from day one.

This service includes:

Yes! We fully service both skis and snowboards, old or new.

How often should I wax my board or skis?
Ideally every 5–7 days of riding for standard wax, or 8–12 days with carbon wax.

Can you fix base damage?
Yes — we offer repairs depending on the severity. Bring your gear in for assessment.

Is a factory wax enough?
No. Factory wax is for storage, not performance. New boards benefit massively from a proper hot wax and tune.

Deliveries & Returns S2AS 

At Surface 2 Air Sports we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

FREE UK MAINLAND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30

  • If you order before 2 pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) and we have your items in stock, we'll dispatch the same day for FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING (Where Possible)
  • If you order after 2 pm, we'll still try to dispatch it that day. If we can't, we'll dispatch it on the next working day.
  • Items ordered after 2 pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.
  • Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Free Next Day (Where Possible)UK mainland shipping on all orders over £30. Orders below £30 will be £3.95

OUTSIDE OF THE UK MAINLAND

  • Shipping to most EU countries is calculated at £20 and can take around 5-7 working days
  • Shipping outside the EU is calculated at £35 and can take around 5-12 working days
  • S2AS reserve the right to amend shipping costs based on the volumetric weight of the parcel and the destination country
  • Please be aware that you may be liable for import taxes when you receive the item in your destination. This may vary by country (as a guide, the UK VAT rate is 20%). You must understand and budget for any import taxes that may be applicable. Surface 2 Air Sports is not responsible for these charges, and if they are due, you should be contacted by your customs office.
  • Unfortunately, if S2AS send an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges, you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to S2AS, minus the total shipping and returns costs.
  • Exchange rates vary constantly; therefore, we cannot guarantee the price of an item in any other currency except GBP. All other currencies are approximate. The money taken from your account will be in GBP, you must check with your bank as to how it will come out of your account.
  • * For any orders leaving the UK, no UK VAT will be charged, and as a result, the price you see on the website should exclude VAT.

www.s2as.com stock levels are constantly updated to maintain live stock levels, but demand can sometimes be high, and we occasionally run out of popular items.

Due to the constant rotation of our stock, some items may currently be on backorder and as such, delivery can be delayed by up to 7 days. If this is the case, please feel free to call us for further information.

Our standard couriers are DHL, Royal Mail, DX Freight & APC.

All orders are shipped within 24hrs Delivery is Monday–Friday (depending on stock). If no one is home, a courier will leave details of the next delivery attempt and the contact number of the local depot. If you would like your order to be “left safe” on your property should no one be home, please specify details in the comments as you check out. (S2AS take no responsibility for order requests to be left in a "Safe place"

The delivery charge for orders outside of mainland UK is calculated on the volumetric weight of the items and the destination country.

Upon delivery, please check that all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you have with right to refuse and ask that they be returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods, please sign for them as ‘unchecked’.You must inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Surface 2 Air Sports cannot accept any liability, and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the purchase date to make us aware you wish to return the order and we will send you a returns form via your email address, And a further 14 days to return the item(s) to S2AS in their original condition with the packaging and tags intact for a refund.

Transaction Fees on Refunds

Please note that all refunds will be processed for the full product amount minus any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

These fees (typically 1.6% of the order total) are charged to us by the payment provider and are not returned when a transaction is refunded. As such, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Example:
If you purchase a product for £100 and request a refund, your refunded amount will be £98.40 (i.e. £100 minus the 1.6% processing fee of £1.60).

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Please bear in mind that items that are "not wanted" or ordered in customer error (i.e. wrong size/colour) will not be refunded postage costs.

Example:
If an item is returned to us due to being unwanted or any reason not related to a fault on our part, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus £5.95 shipping cost.

When returning items please place a note inside the parcel(s), with your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, the reason for the return (i.e. wrong size, not matching item description, etc.) and whether you wish for a refund or to exchange for a different item(s), S2AS cannot be held responsible for any delays in regards to returns without this information enclosed.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit, and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
