SLC-TEX stands for Special Coated Longevity Textile. The advantages of the uniform coating of the canvas are excellent tear resistance, high UV resistance and permanent airtightness. The 3×3 yarn combination is as light as a 2×2 yarn and as strong as any 4×4 yarn fabric. The material is particularly suitable for long-term use and has excellent aging properties. During our aging tests, SLC-TEX showed 60% less porosity and 30% higher tear resistance.

Don't set yourself any limits, because we didn't do that when developing the STOKE either! With the Streamlined Construction we are ushering in the next generation of our LEI kites and for the first time implementing our vision of durable lightweight construction.
The innovation starts with the selection of our materials and their optimal processing. The manufacturing process has been optimized to prevent potential problems and to obtain the most aerodynamically clean construction:

Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer — we’ll match it.
