The Carved Ultra 3 is a complete twintip binding system for riders who want precise strap adjustment, supportive cushioning and clear feedback from their board. Its central Reel Fit System dial lets you refine the fit around your foot, while the shaped pad and adjustable baseplate help you build a setup that feels right.

Board compatibility: compatible with boards using 6- to 6.5-inch insert spacing, as well as track systems. Not compatible with the Carved Imperator V.

Comfort without losing the feel of your board
The pad balances cushioning for chop and landings with direct board feedback. The RFS mechanism uses LIROS lines and is designed for sand and saltwater use. An EVA Board Saver layer helps protect the deck by reducing sand and small stones entering beneath the pad.

Board compatibility
The Union Baseplate is compatible with boards using 6- to 6.5-inch insert spacing, as well as track systems. It does not fit the Carved Imperator V. Check your board’s mounting arrangement before ordering, or send the S2AS team its model details for advice.

No. This is the complete pads-and-straps boardset for a twintip kiteboard.
Can I adjust the fit during a session?
Yes. The central RFS dial allows fine adjustment in either direction.
Can I use them with wetsuit boots?
Yes. Allow for the extra bulk of your wetsuit boots and contact S2AS for sizing advice if you are unsure.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer we’ll match it.
