Part of our J-Connection Series of compatible bags, the Jagger’s design allows it to be worn as a traditional hip pack as well as a crossbody or shoulder bag. The main zippered compartment contains an interior zippered pocket for easy organisation of valuables, while the front of the pack features two exterior pockets: one with a zippered entrance and the other with a buckle and drawstring closure. The adjustable waist strap has a quick-release buckle, and the strap can be removed and tucked away in a back panel whenever you want to convert the pack into a crossbody or shoulder bag via the additional adjustable strap that is included. What’s more, the Jagger features back attachment straps that can connect to MOLLE loops and other J-Connection Series models like the June Backpack.

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
