The S2AS Team only goes to the best Kitesurf spots in the world at the correct time of year. July + August are the ultimate times to experience the thrill of kitesurfing in Sicily, with optimal wind conditions and warm temperatures.
In the lagoon, riders can enjoy water temperatures ranging from 20 to 35 degrees, creating the perfect conditions for riding in just board shorts!

KITE SIZES AND CONDITIONS IN SICILY:
An intermediate male adult (80kg) ideally needs 7qm – 12qm. Most often you will need a 9m kite. Look at the wind forecast for Lo Stagnone, Sicily kite spot a few days before departure to bring the right size kite.
Equipment rental of all sizes at preferential rates for our participants is also possible on the spot, depending on availability.
The immense lagoon of Sicily provides clear, flat water you have ever seen, and never deeper than knees to chest height. Hydro-foiling or wave riding is also possible in deeper water outside of the lagoon.
