We offer Private Kitesurfing Lessons to both beginners and advanced kiters so no matter your level you can book today, simply let our team know what you wish to learn in your lesson and we'll make it happen.
In our beginner Kitesurfing lessons, as with all our kitesurf courses, our instructors will start with a bit of theory and safety before moving on to the trainer kite to master kite control, and then progress to body dragging. Teaching you the whole basis of kitesurfing at your own pace.
For kitesurfers who want to gain extra experience or want to learn something new, private 1-2-1 tuition can be a great option, for example, If you finished a course last season and are now looking to pick up kitesurfing again, private lessons allow you to safely refresh your skills and get back out on the water with confidence.

The S2AS advanced 1-2-1 will always begin with the fundamentals of your riding, as correcting bad habits in riding posture can often be the secret to mastering new skills!
There are a variety of 1-2-1 Kitesurf Coaching options that we offer to help you become an advanced kitesurfer, whether it's mastering your first jumps, proficiency at toe-side riding or any of the following techniques:

Wind conditions are always checked before lessons, and S2AS will confirm the status of your lesson at least 24 hours before the start.
If the wind doesn't allow us to teach a lesson, we will happily rebook you for another date of your choice, dependent on availability.
NOTE:
*We do not offer a refund on Kitesurfing lessons cancelled due to wind conditions, however, the vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase So just re-book so we can get you to that next stage in your Kitesurfing journey. Our lessons run April to November.*

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- All UK orders are sent with tracking.
International Delivery
- Orders outside the UK are shipped using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.
- Ensure all items listed in your order are included.
- Notify us promptly at Info@s2as.com if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Keep all packaging until you are satisfied your order is complete and in good condition.
Delays & Issues
- Surface 2 Air Sports is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Refund & Returns Policy
Surface 2 Air Sports
Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer — we’ll match it.
