When the forecast turns into a plan to send it. The Ozone Vortex V2 Ultra-X is a three-strut big-air and kite-loop kite for intermediate and advanced riders building towards more demanding twin-tip sessions.
Who is it for?
Put the Vortex on your shortlist when quick response and kite-loop progression matter as much as the jump itself. It is a performance-focused choice, so match the size and conditions to your current ability rather than the biggest move you hope to land.
What makes it different?
- ALUULA airframe: A lightweight, stiff three-strut platform supports responsive steering.
- Revised canopy tension: V2 tuning improves feedback and control through the bar.
- 16-point bridle: Refined geometry supports depower and direct handling.
- Size-specific canopy: 5–9m sizes use 55g triple-ripstop cloth; 10–17m sizes use lighter 46g double ripstop.
- Anti-flap battens: Reinforced battens on the canopy underside help reduce wear.
- Expanded range: The 17m option extends the range for lighter-wind big-air sessions.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy
Surface 2 Air Sports
Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer we’ll match it.
