One forecast, plenty of possibilities. The Ozone Reflex is a performance freeride kite for riders who want their everyday sessions to feel rewarding, from comfortable cruising to the first jump they cannot stop thinking about.
Who is it for?
The Reflex makes sense when your riding is growing in more than one direction. Its main focus is twin-tip performance, with the versatility to explore wave and foil sessions as your setup and experience develop.
What makes it different?
- Three-strut Dacron airframe: A durable Teijin Triple Ripstop frame offers a more forgiving feel than the ALUULA-based Vortex.
- Vortex-inspired shape: Responsive geometry brings performance freeride handling into an accessible package.
- 16-point bridle: Distributed support helps deliver smooth, direct feedback.
- Tight turning: The softer airframe allows more twist through turns, with less loop pull than the Vortex.
- Balanced bar feel: Light-to-medium bar pressure supports relaxed freeriding and progression.

Available sizes: 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m, 11m, 12m, 13m. Choose for your weight, board, ability and local conditions.

How does the Reflex compare with the Vortex V2 Ultra-X?
The Reflex uses Dacron for a softer, more accessible feel. The Vortex uses a stiffer ALUULA frame and targets riders seeking more specialised big-air and loop performance.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.
- Ensure all items listed in your order are included.
- Notify us promptly at Info@s2as.com if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Keep all packaging until you are satisfied your order is complete and in good condition.

- Surface 2 Air Sports is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Refund & Returns Policy
Surface 2 Air Sports
Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer we’ll match it.
