We travel to the picturesque Lo Stagnone in Sicily. Renowned for its stunning vistas and exceptional kitesurfing conditions, Sicily stands out as a top destination for kitesurfing enthusiasts across Europe. Offering a vast shallow flat water lagoon that caters to riders of all skill levels.
We’re heading to the south of Fuerteventura, part of the Canary Islands and home to one of Europe’s most iconic kitesurf spots. Sotavento is famous for its wide, sandy beaches, shallow lagoon, and strong, reliable winds that make it a favourite for beginners and pros alike. With plenty of space to ride, learn, and improve, it’s the perfect destination to build skills and confidence on the water.

At Surface2Air, we travel to the best kitesurf locations at the best time of year, and early May in Fuerteventura hits the sweet spot. Expect steady winds averaging 18–25 knots, daytime temperatures between 22°C and 28°C, and crystal-clear skies. You’ll be riding comfortably in just boardshorts or a shorty, with all-day sessions and incredible golden-hour conditions.
Off the water, Fuerteventura offers a chilled island vibe with volcanic landscapes, beach bars, and Spanish island culture. Spend your downtime exploring dunes, relaxing at ocean-view cafés, or enjoying fresh seafood and tapas with the crew. It’s all about good rides, good food, and great company.
The Sotavento lagoon is ideal for progression — a huge, tidal flat-water area perfect for refining technique or trying something new. Meanwhile, the open ocean side gives more advanced riders the option to hit chop or small waves. With coaching and support throughout, you’ll leave this trip a stronger, more confident rider.

Receiving Your Order

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
