Kite compatibility and setup
Flysurfer restricts the SYNC Carbon Race Bar to VMG and SUPERSONIC products. It should not be used as a general replacement bar for other kite ranges. Follow the current manual for line configuration, attachment and trim. Additional extensions shown in setup recommendations are not automatically part of the supplied 12m line set.
Choose bar width and line length around your kite size, riding style and the manufacturer’s instructions. Read the supplied manual and safety guide, and practise the release and reconnection procedure before riding.

Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.
- Ensure all items listed in your order are included.
- Notify us promptly at Info@s2as.com if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Keep all packaging until you are satisfied your order is complete and in good condition.

- Surface 2 Air Sports is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Refund & Returns Policy
Surface 2 Air Sports
Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer we’ll match it.
