SURESHOT QUICK RELEASE
The Sentry V2 comes with SureShot, our redesigned, refined, and streamlined quick- release safety system. ISO compliant and doubtlessly dependable in critical situations, the SureShot is intuitively activated by pushing the hood away, immediately releasing the chicken loop and flagging out the kite. Employing an intelligently designed seatbelt- style click-in mechanism, which allows a rider to reconnect the chicken loop easily and confidently with one hand, SureShot sets the industry benchmark for dependability and ease of use.
VARIABLE FLYTECH LINES
Completely new for 2024, the Variable FlyTech Lines are significantly thinner and stronger, significantly increasing aerodynamic efficiency and reducing weight. Created with an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene Dyneema® in a 12x SK99 weave, the Variable FlyTech Lines offer extremely low elongation, very high abrasion and UV resistance, and are pre-stretched to ensure they stay in tune from the first session to the last of the season. The ultra-static Variable FlyTech Lines come in two aerodynamically optimized diameters on the Sentry control bar: 1.8mm front lines and 1.6mm steering lines.
26MM DIAMETER BAR
We have reduced the diameter of the Sentry bar from 28mm to 26mm. This reduction allows the bar to comfortably settle into your hands' natural curve while also reducing weight and delivering a lively feel.
SLIMTRIM DEPOWER CLEAT
We have retooled and redesigned our depower cleat to be thinner and lower profile, providing a clutter-free, optimized field of view in a simple and easy to use package. Utilizing a stainless-steel clam cleat, SlimTrim provides immediate on- the-fly adjustments to a kite's power and angle of attack.
MOTOPLUSH EVA GRIP
Our new textured MotoPlush EVA is exceptionally soft and provides unlimited durability and grip tactility. The result? Better handling and longer sessions with elevated comfort.
OPTIMIZED LINE LENGTHS
We strategically paired each Sentry's bar length with the most efficient length Variable FlyTech Line. 17" bar has 20-meter lines, 20" bar has 22-meter lines and two-meter extensions, 23" bar has 27-meter lines.

Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
