Small in size but mighty in skill, the Flex Lumbar 3-6 pack is a smaller, hip-sized version of our Flex Capacitor backpack for day hikes, bike rides and casual outings. Thanks to our expanding gusset innovation, flexible carrying capacity comes naturally. Loosen it up to get extra space for bulky layers, snacks and trail accessories, or cinch it down to stabilize smaller loads. Two elastic mesh pockets on the sides fit most water bottles, and plush padding on the hip belt straps makes this low-back pack a comfortable, low-profile companion for many body shapes.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
How do I start a return?
Email info@s2as.com with your order number and reason for return. Weāll reply with return instructions.
How long do I have to return an item?
Let us know if you would like to return your item within 14 days. Once youāve notified us (within 14 days), you have a further 14 days to return the item, so 28 days in total.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Yes. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Will I get a refund for the original delivery cost?
Original delivery costs are non-refundable for unwanted items. Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund including original delivery costs.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos. If confirmed faulty, weāll arrange a replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Banks may take additional time to show the funds.
What if my return is lost in transit?
Returned items remain the customerās responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.
