CONSTRUCTION

The streamlined leading edge accelerates in every gust and converts it into lift. Thanks to the low air resistance, the ERA cuts efficiently through the wind window with a very high flight and turning speed and immediately implements every steering impulse. The construction is supported by a 6-point bridle. It twists the kite in a targeted manner and automatically changes the angle of attack. Regardless of the position in the wind window, you maintain constant contact with the ERA, generate additional lift and are caught after the kiteloop. The steering forces can be increased at the wingtip.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day where possible

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

How do I start a return?

Email info@s2as.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

How long do I have to return an item?

Let us know if you would like to return your item within 14 days. Once you’ve notified us (within 14 days), you have a further 14 days to return the item, so 28 days in total.

Do I need to pay for return postage?

Yes. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Will I get a refund for the original delivery cost?

Original delivery costs are non-refundable for unwanted items. Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund including original delivery costs.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos. If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Banks may take additional time to show the funds.

What if my return is lost in transit?

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.
