- NEW Stage 12 Duraflex Blue - Duraflex Blue nylon is made with 90% sustainable raw materials and is audited and certified by ISCC and TÜV Nord. This is Union’s first partially sustainable nylon material made from a mass-balance feedstock.
- NEW Asym Molecular Bushing - More durable and more cushioned than traditional thermoformed EVA, Molecular Bushings act as a suspension system between the baseplate and the Snowboards top sheet, to help reduce vibrations from harsh snow pack. The all-new asymmetrical bushing shape allows for increased freestyle flexibility and natural inward canting while riding.
- Extruded 3D Aluminium Heelcups – Designed for optimum heel hold and minimisation of drag, Union 3D Extruded Aluminium Heelcups are the strongest in the business.
- NEW 2 Layer Baseplate Construction - A traditional snowboard baseplate is made of a single layer with the same material and stiffness throughout. Union’s all-new 2 Layer baseplate construction allows them to have two individual layers: the Core [1] and the Frame [2]. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.
- NEW Direct Connect MD Core - The all-new Direct Connect Mini Disk Base Core is stiff and responsive. This baseplate layer allows for the fastest possible transfer of energy from the rider to the snowboard that Union has ever achieved. Made with Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue.
- NEW Asymmetrical Halo Base Frame - The Asymmetrical Halo Base Frame is softer and more flexible than our traditional baseplates, allowing for a unique new ride feel and increased side-to-side freestyle flex. The frame also plays the critical role of connecting the baseplate core, bottom bushing, heel cup and ankle and toe straps together. Made with Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue.

- NEW Asym Forged Hybrid Highback - Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue and Italian-made Forged Carbon combine to create a flex profile that complements Travis Rice’s aggressive freestyle riding. The stiff and responsive Forged Carbon spine allows for instant edge-to-edge control, while the nylon frame allows for freestyle flexibility and comfort. The updated asymmetrical shape follows the natural angle of the leg for a more anatomical fit and flex. 10% lighter than the previous generation of Falcor highbacks.

- NEW TS 6.0 Toe Strap – Separating the exterior toe strap frame and interior rubber grip allows the rubber grip to form fit perfectly to any boot shape on the market today, while a new, more integrated toe connector gives the binding a more finished overall look.

- Magnesium S1 Ratchets with Aluminium Base – Freezing temps, water damage and constant strapping and unstrapping all play a role in the longevity of a binding ratchet. Lucky for you, the all-new Magnesium 4.0 ratchets are Union’s answer to the elements. A fully integrated spring protected from the harsh outside provides you with Union’s best ratchet to date. Longer life span and better spring return guaranteed.

Receiving Your Order

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
