The Hera blends performance, comfort, and durability. At home anywhere on the mountain, you won't be disappointed in the Hera. Fitted with our Intuition™ Support Foam Liner and the H4 BOA® Coiler Fit System, it provides a uniform fit while the BOA® Tongue Tied™ Fit System delivers a secure fit in the ankle and eliminates the need for a traditional harness. C.A.T. technology allows for a custom fit in the calf zone for increased comfort while durable rubber Jade Plus Sole with +Slime Heel Pod provides cushioning and traction in all terrain. The Hera is a medium flexing boot designed for all-mountain performance.

In2grated™ Construction creates the lightest weight, shortest length performance boots on the market, hands down. The liner is factory molded inside the shell to create the most efficient "net fit", leading to less pack out for better overall comfort.

This L.S.D (Ladies' Specific Design) was made to increase comfort and ensure a perfect fit. This Velcro adjustment on the boot cuff allows for a one-of-a-kind custom fit in the calf zone.

Single density 3D formed insole with +slime foam. +slime hi-rebound foam is a proprietary foam blend that offers improved comfort and response underfoot.
Impact Rubber Cupsole:
Not your basic cup sole. This outsole offers durability, protection, and grip you expect from a rubber cup sole with the added benefits of an internal full length dual density +SLIME EVA midsole. The midsole’s underfoot recessed geometry coupled with +SLIME EVA blend improves board feel while not sacrificing cushioning for those dawn till dusk shred days.
ECO +Slime Midsole:
RIDE’s eco proprietary foam blend improves comfort and response underfoot.
H4 BOA® Coiler Fit System:
Dial activated fit system that retracts slack in the cables. Quick, durable and easy to use.
Tongue Tied™:
This RIDE specific technology offers a secure fit in the ankle zone and eliminates the need for a traditional harness. The tongue integrated Boa® guides provide total tongue closure and next level heel hold without the potential pressure points. Depending on the model, Tongue Tied™ is paired with traditional lace, Boa® Focus, or Boa® Coiler Closure Systems.
Fusion Rubber:
RIDE’S rubber compound that utilises up to 30% reground rubber to reduce the amount of virgin rubber going into the outsole and reduce our “footprint” on the environment.
The Closer™:
Offers two times the power to close your boot securely. The Closer™ Lace Guide is centered over the forefoot to drive lace power down low to even the lace tension throughout the entire boot. Accompanied by BOA® Fit System, the even-tightening of The Closer™ Lace Guide takes the fit system to the next level and provides an incredibly Precise fit.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.

- Keep all packaging until you are satisfied your order is complete and in good condition.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
