The Syndicate Hardshell Boot & Binding System has proven to be one of the most popular binding systems on the market. This year we’ve made some key improvements to this industry favourite model. A brand new Pro Plate, which is now aluminium, has longer screw slots for more adjustment forward and backward. The Liner has also been updated, being thinner throughout, for better performance, feedback and connection to the ski. This Hardshell system creates maximum reliability, performance, and adjustability. The release mechanism employs an adjustable spring loaded heel unit that allows for tension release point modification in relation to skier weight and preference. Unique to the industry is our Full Contact Outsole. This contoured heel and toe zone enables full contact between boot and plate thereby stabilising the connection by reducing lateral slippage and increasing agility. The light weight yet reliable snow ski inspired boot buckles allow for personalised tightening. Use the buckle ladder to tighten or spin the buckle for a more customised fit. The Memory Buckle allows you to get a consistent tightness on the upper cuff every time you ski. We’ve added surface area and 50% more thickness to the Protective Coated Stainless Steel Toe Hoop, adding even more reliability to the system. We’ve updated the Heel Release Mechanism with a Stainless Steel finish, making it longer lasting even in salt or brackish water. In addition, the new Stainless Steel Release Arms are more vertically angled to better keep the heel solidly connected to the plate. This also provides more room for the backfoot, for those who prefer a narrower stance or those with a taller back boot.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
