The full carbon Process C+ is crafted with a superior lightweight construction that takes freeride performance to the next level.
PRS technology gives the Process C+ thinner rails for greater water contact, boosting upwind performance and delivering unmatched carving precision. Its design glides through chop and spray for an ultra-playful, dynamic ride.
The Process C+ has sophisticated channels and subtle V-shaped tips for storm-ready grip, and snappy flex for fast responsive turns and biting pop.
The Process C+ pairs a thin Paulownia core with light Biax Carbon for progressive flex and grip, allowing the edges to be fully loaded for explosive pop.
Using a sustainably sourced Paulownia wood core that’s sandwiched in new carbon material together with GreenPoxy bio-resin, the Process C+ V7 delivers grip, strength and sustainability.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- All UK orders are sent with tracking.
International Delivery
- Orders outside the UK are shipped using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
