2024 Hyperlite Ray Gun Wakesurf
The Ray Gun is a wake adapted version of a mid-length surfboard. Designed to cruise, the low rocker profile and distributed volume makes it one of the fastest wakesurfers you’ll ride. However, this board doesn’t just go straight. Its thruster setup and pulled-in tail give it a tight turning ability for big wake hacks.
With volume, speed, and turning ability this board is less size-specific than most wakesurfers. It’s a board the whole family can shred on. Great for novice and intermediate riders, but also a fun alternative ride for those who can do all the tricks. Built with Varial Foam and Infused Glass technologies, these materials are strong and hyper-responsive: think about a maneuver and it just happens.

VARIAL FOAM CORE
Varial Foam is the world’s first high performance foam adapted from advanced aerospace materials for surfboard construction. The high modulus of Varial Foam makes it 25% lighter and 30% stronger than a traditional PU blank with a stringer. It provides a strong and lively foundation on which shapers can incorporate any flex option they desire. Varial Foam is 100% UV resistant and is always stringer less.
INFUSED GLASS
Varial has created a new patent-pending process for glassing boards, called infused glass. Utilizing a vacuum bagged glassing process, this produces a uniform laminate with extremely low resin content, creating the ability to isolate and engineer specific characteristics into the skins of the surfboard for any desired performance attributes.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
