What do you need?
To stay warm and dry on the slopes you need to have a warm, dry jacket and gloves with waterproof pants. This will help keep you warm and dry allowing you to stay longer on the slopes
Do you need Gore Tex?
No, not for every style of riding. If you are fair weather skier who doesn't go off-piste, Gore-Tex isn't necessary, 15K will be plenty dry enough. If you are a Snowboarder who goes off-piste and is sitting down a lot, Gore Tex will keep you dry and comfortable.
What's the importance of layering in snowboarding attire?
Layering helps regulate body temperature by adding or removing layers based on weather conditions. A typical layering system includes a base layer for moisture-wicking, a mid-layer for insulation, and an outer layer for protection against wind and snow.

I spoke to the lads in the shop on availability and shipping times, got the boots the next day. Great boots, the heal locking device takes some getting used to i ended putting a gel insert in sock for extra comfort other that that perfect.
Took our skis and a snowboard great service and knowable, definitely be back

Lovely boots epic quality, loads of support exactly what I wanted
My old laces were getting a bit frayed so I purchased these. They were close to the specified length so they fitted fine. I can’t comment on how they will ware as they are new but quality looks good and they were a good price.
I bought an impact vest for my god daughter ( two in different sizes in fact so we could check the fit in the shop) Ollie was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the equipment and my self and my god daughter spent at least a couple of hours in the shop with me trying different snow boarding boots etc- there was never any hard sell and I would not hesitate to recommend the business- I have bought other skiing /snowboarding items from them in the past and they are always very competitively priced- if you love snow or water sports S2AS is the place to go.
