With a surprisingly high top speed for a wing of this size and yet still un-believable low speed starting (as low as 8 kph) the Mega K leads us down the path of multi-discipline wings. This season sees a massive performance increase thanks to our new hi-modulus carbon S20.1 stabiliser. Taking on board the lessons learnt during the development of the K2 foil this new stabiliser improves on speed range and pitch stability whilst carving like you can’t believe.<br /> <br /> By offering the Model Mega K with Carbon composite mast Shinn have made incredible improvements. Not happy to simply produce a "black" foil Shinn Kiteboarding needed every to work in perfect harmony, carbon foils offer so much more stiffness (at a lighter weight) than their aluminium counterparts.
