The Women's Get Down 20 has a 20-denier polyester, DWR-treated shell and 550-fill DriDown™ insulation that work together for durability and dependability, even when the weather forecast takes a wrong turn. Baffled construction helps to eliminate cold spots, and plenty of details like interior hand pockets, a cinchable hood and a draft collar on the zipper retain every degree of warmth for a sleeping system that does all the heavy lifting without you having to lift an eyelid.

Free UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £30
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day where possible

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
How do I start a return?
Email info@s2as.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
How long do I have to return an item?
Let us know if you would like to return your item within 14 days. Once you’ve notified us (within 14 days), you have a further 14 days to return the item, so 28 days in total.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Yes. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Will I get a refund for the original delivery cost?
Original delivery costs are non-refundable for unwanted items. Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund including original delivery costs.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos. If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Banks may take additional time to show the funds.
What if my return is lost in transit?
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.
Can I exchange an item?
