Taking the groundbreaking tech from the OG Supermatic and refining it for lighter weight and even smoother operation, the LT (Lightweight) version is designed for riders who want to maximise performance while shaving off every unnecessary gram. It’s quicker, lighter, and somehow even more responsive.

We’ve ridden the LT version in all sorts of conditions – park laps, side hits, long carving days – and it handled everything we threw at it. The step-in system? Flawless. No snow build-up issues, no awkward catches. Just step in, ride, and repeat.
What separates the Supermatic from other step-in bindings like Step On® is its universal boot compatibility. No special boots needed. Bring whatever you’re riding – Vans, Salomon, ThirtyTwo – it’ll work. No more limitations.
The heel pedal activates the auto-close system while the hiback drops down, giving you a super easy, smooth entry. Once you’ve set your Locking Slap Ratchet (LSR) to your preferred fit, that’s it – no need to adjust every time. You can also use them as a regular two-strap binding if that’s your vibe.
Lighter Build, Same Dialed Response
The LT’s lighter construction comes from a redesigned glass-filled composite baseplate and heelcup, offering solid stiffness and power transfer without the bulk. The Hybrid ExoFrame straps feel super snug without cranking them tight – energy transfer is still spot on. And thanks to Active Strap Tech, the straps lift out of the way when you step in, making entry and exit smooth and effortless every time.
We also noticed the AuxTech toe cap hugging the boot more evenly – great touch for added comfort and precision. Whether you're hitting natural features, cruising pistes, or lapping the park, these bindings stay locked in and dialled from first chair to last.

Receiving Your Order

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
