The Ronix Koal Classic Longboard is by the thickest and most bouyant wakesurfer in the range. Construction-
Ronix have 8 different constructions of wake surfer designed to give you the exact feel you are looking for. From super responsive to smooth flow Ronix have created it all.
Koal Classic-
Made to be as close to a traditional surfboard as possible with a lightweight high end core.
Thickness-
Ronix have created 4 different thickness profiles for 2019 from 0.7" thick to over 2". Allowing any riding style to find a board that suits them perfectly.
Standard-
The traditional feel of a classic wakesurfer. An intermediate profile has much more response on the water than a thicker board whilst being more free flowing over the water than a thinner profile such as the skimmer.
Rails-
3 different styles for 2019 giving Ronix a wide range of wakesurfers from powerful cutbacks to a mellow ride.
Full Rail-
The most chilled out style in the ronix line up giving predictable smooth turns for a classic surf feel.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
