AUTOBACK
The key to the revolutionary FAST Entry System, the AutoBack allows for hands-free entry to the binding. This intuitive design automatically closes as the boot enters the binding and opens when it’s time to unstrap. The AutoBack also folds flat for skating, chairlifts, and storage.
THIRTYTWO FASTSTRAP
An innovative long ankle ladder that remains connected for ultra-fast, one-handed strapping-in. With a classic ratchet design to fine-tune ankle strap tension, the FastStrap complements the AutoBack’s automatic closure system so riders can strap in faster than ever before.
THIRTYTWO LOCKED-IN TOE STRAP
Simply set it and forget it. Designed to remain in position to complement the Fast Entry System. The Locking Slap Ratchet 2.0 and unique tri-toothed ladders keep the strap in position for fast entry and exit, with easy on-the-fly adjustments.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

UK Delivery
- UK orders are shipped using FedEx and Royal Mail.

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting your delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Price Match
At Surface 2 Air Sports (S2AS), we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the best price and the best service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere from an authorised UK retailer — we’ll match it.
