The Hera Pro is an all-new boot based off our bestselling Hera model. The Hera Pro has added features to increase performance and durability while maintaining the versatility that has made the Hera so popular. The Hera Pro is designed for riders that want the perfect mix of comfort and performance. The Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness assures that your heels will be locked down without creating any pressure points. The Rebound Heel Counter™ increases durability and performance by offering additional heel side response. And the Michelin® Summit Sole will lock you onto the snow so you don’t have to worry about sliding around. The Hera Pro is a high-end medium-stiff flexing boot designed for all-mountain performance.
Outer boot
The In2grated™ construction allows Ride to produce the lightest and shortest performance boots on the market. The C.A.T (Calf Adjustment Technology) allows you to individually adjust the fit in the calf area for increased comfort. The Michelin® Hybrid Summit sole is made from a lightweight rubber compound and has a ECO +Slime midsole for a precise yet well-cushioned ride. HDR Premium Synthetics™ ensure absolute durability.
Liner
The boot has an Intuition™ Trap Wrap liner that distributes pressure evenly throughout the interior while providing the best heel hold. The J Bars improve support, especially in the heel and ankle area. Black Gold™ liner mesh with activated carbon prevents unpleasant odours in the car after your shred sessions. The new ECO +Slime Impacto Elite insole offers even more comfort and the best support for your foot.
Lacing system
The H4 BOA® Coiler System is fast to close and allows you to adjust the shoe to millimetres. This system allows you to independently tighten the upper and lower zones using two dials. This way, the complete boot can be perfectly adapted to your foot. The BOA® Tongue Tied™ Fit System provides a secure fit around the ankle and replaces the traditional harness inside the tongue. The Closer™ lacing system is centrally located over the forefoot to distribute the lacing pull far down and evenly throughout the boot.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
