The Format is absolutely packed with tech. It starts with a foundation of a zonal closure system and articulating cuff to reduce shell distortion and provide consistent heel hold. The shell lacing features the H4/M3 Zonal BOA® Fit System with TX3 BOA® Laces. The upper shell lacing is powered by an H4 Coiler BOA® dial, and the lower shell lacing is controlled by an M3 BOA® dial, allowing the rider to independently control the upper and lower zones of the boot for the perfect fit. The exterior uses bulletproof HDR Premium Synthetic materials - this helps to resist abrasion and makes for a longer-lasting snowboard boot. Inside, our Intuition® Pro Foam 3D Liner can be heat molded to your foot and ankle's exact shape and size. We've added our heat-reflective SpaceHeater™ material to the boot to help keep feet warm and dry. Underfoot, K2's all-new ultra-rugged Vibram® V5 Outsole provides industry-leading traction and durability in all conditions and terrain. This Vibram® rubber compound comprises at least 30% recycled rubber. Better grip, better for the environment. The V5 rubber outsole is wrapped around a midsole made up of a traditional EVA and K2's proprietary Harshmellow™ material - helping to absorb impact, increase damping, and provide a “quieter” feel while snowboarding.

These reflective heat blankets work alongside heat moldable Intuition® foam, internal J-Bars, and 3D molded dual-density EVA insoles to keep your foot comfortable and warm all day long.
3-Point Harness Liner Lacing System – The 3-Point Harness is a straightforward solution that doesn’t skimp on support. This system aims to optimize heel hold, while providing ankle support and unrivaled stability to help reduce fatigue.

H4 / M3 Focus Boa® Fit System – A two reel Boa® system that allows for the upper and lower zones of the boot to be tightened independently.
TX3 Lacing – BOA®’s first textile lace in the snowboarding category, TX3 is constructed from recycled PET with a structural core. This lace provices a softer, more flexible look similar to the characteristics of a traditional lace but the superior closure of a BOA® system.

Harshmellow™ – Harshmellow™ is a magical dampening system that replaces industry standard foam dampening materials. Harshmellow™ is strategically placed to dampen vibration underfoot to provide for a more “quiet” feel underfoot, reduce vibration from impact, and reduce fatigue while snowboarding.
Additional Features
S’Cafe™ Coffee Mesh – With functionality and sustainability in mind, K2 coffee mesh is made from recycled post-consumer coffee grounds that is combined with post consumer recycled polyester. This mesh enhances odor control and moisture management of our standard lining mesh and is made from 95% recycled material with no added chemicals.
Endo™ 2.0 – Endo 2.0 is the most technically advanced boot construction available. An injected heel counter construction adds strength and durability to your boot, giving it the same response season after season. The Endo 2.0 design allows for a more precise and smooth flex with a snappy rebound to power you out of any landing or turn. With an ultra durable TPU construction, the Endo 2.0 provides lasting comfort, response and durability for all styles of riding.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
You must notify Surface 2 Air Sports of your intent to return an item within 14 days of the order date.
To initiate a return, please email Info@s2as.com within this 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid Return Authorisation (RA) number must be included with your return.
Return shipping
All returns must be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date, items shipped after 30 days from the order date, or returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 2% refund processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
