S2AS "England Progress Discount" — Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

Surface 2 Air Sports ("S2AS", "we", "us") is running a promotional discount tied to England's progress in the FIFA World Cup 2026. The discount applied at checkout increases automatically each time England reach a new knockout stage, as set out below.

This offer is store-wide and applies to all products on surface2airsports.com unless otherwise stated at Section 6.

2. Discount Schedule — Flash Sale Format

Each time England win a match and progress to a new stage, the corresponding discount below becomes live as a 24-hour flash sale, starting from confirmation of the result. Outside of these 24-hour windows, standard pricing applies — the discount is not "always on" and does not carry over between matches.

• The discount is applied automatically site-wide for the duration of each 24-hour flash window. No code is required.
• Discounts are not cumulative — each flash window applies only the rate for that stage, not the sum of previous stages.
• Once a 24-hour window ends, pricing reverts to standard (no discount) until the next flash window begins, triggered by England's next result.
• The current flash sale status (live/ended, and rate) will be clearly displayed via site banner and at checkout.

3. Offer Duration and End Conditions

This is a recurring flash-sale promotion tied to England's results, not a single continuous offer. Each flash window runs for 24 hours as set out in Section 2.

The overall promotion (i.e. eligibility for any future flash windows) will end immediately, without further notice, on:

• England's elimination from the tournament at any stage — no further flash windows will be triggered after this point, including if England are eliminated during or shortly after an active 24-hour window (the active window will still run its full 24 hours, but no new window will follow).

The Final-stage flash window (25%) is the last possible window regardless of the match outcome — no further windows follow it.

Any order placed outside an active 24-hour flash window will not receive a discount, regardless of when the order was intended or attempted.

4. One Discount Per Order

The discount applied is the rate live at the exact time an order is placed and paid for, based on whichever 24-hour flash window (if any) is active at that moment. We do not retrospectively apply a discount to an order placed outside a flash window, and we do not honour price-match requests for orders placed during an earlier, lower-rate flash window or during a period with no active discount.

5. Order Review, Refusal and Cancellation

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or decline to fulfil any order placed under this offer, including but not limited to circumstances where we reasonably suspect that an order has been placed, in whole or in part, to exploit the flash-sale nature of this discount — for example, where a customer returns a previous order and places a new order for materially the same or similar items during a later, higher-rate flash window.

Where we cancel or decline an order under this clause:

• We will notify the customer by email as soon as reasonably practicable;
• Any payment already taken will be refunded in full to the original payment method within a reasonable time;
• No contract is formed until an order has been accepted and dispatched by us. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgement of receipt only and do not constitute acceptance of the order.

This clause exists to prevent misuse of a time-limited promotional mechanism and is not intended to and will not be used to penalise genuine customers making legitimate returns for the usual reasons (wrong size, faulty goods, change of mind within the standard returns window).

6. Exclusions

• Gift cards
• Delivery and return/carriage costs — the discount applies to product price only and does not reduce or apply to any delivery, shipping, or return costs
• Cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotional offer, or loyalty discount unless explicitly stated
• Applies to new orders only; cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before this offer began

7. Returns

Standard S2AS returns policy applies to all orders placed during this offer. Placing an order under this promotion does not extend, reduce, or otherwise alter a customer's standard statutory or contractual return rights, save as set out in Section 5 above.

8. General

• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, including adjusting the discount schedule, should circumstances require.
• This offer is provided at S2AS's discretion and does not constitute a contractual entitlement until an order has been accepted per Section 5.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
